A taste of different starters tipycal of Tuscan territories, that you can find only at the 'Cinque di Vino'.
Hors D’oeuvres platter (for at least two people)
ham, sausage, salame, and pressed wild boar; salame, and Tuscan Ham, “capocollo”, 'sausage' with fennel seeds, salame with truffle, lard; grilled vegetables, artichokes in oil, dried olives and Tuscan “crostini”- toasted slices of tuscan bread with various toppings.
